This year we’ve partnered up with Rotolo’s Craft and Crust to bring you and Dad a Fathers Day to Remember.
Our owner and head brewer Bobby Diaz will walk you through a flight of Four beers talking to you about all things Beer, Brewing, and ODD Muse all while you enjoy brunch provided by Rotolo’s.
Food Menu:
First Course: Hangover Beignets
A Southern classic with a New Orleans twist—fluffy, savory beignets (hold the powdered
sugar) smothered in rich, peppery sausage gravy. Light, pillowy, and unapologetically
indulgent.
Second Course: French Toast
Thick-cut, golden-browned French toast topped with a warm mixed berry compote and a
cloud of cheesecake-infused whipped cream. Sweet, tangy, and rich—like dessert for
breakfast, in the best way.
Third Course: Breakfast Pizza
A golden, crispy crust layered with creamy Alfredo sauce, smoky bacon, Canadian
bacon, and fluffy scrambled eggs. Topped with melted cheddar and a drizzle of hot
sauce for a bold, savory start to the day.
Fourth Course: Shrimp and Grits
Plump Gulf shrimp bathed in a buttery New Orleans-style BBQ sauce—spiked with
garlic, lemon, and Creole heat—served over a crispy-seared polenta cake that soaks up
every drop. A bold, soulful bite straight from the bayou.
