FATHER’S DAY BRUNCH AT ODD MUSE CRAFT & KITCHEN

This year we’re moving our annual Father’s Day pairing to our new Plano Taproom! Now that we have a kitchen we can get creative and add an ODD Muse touch to the food side of the pairing. Our owner and head brewer Bobby Diaz will walk you through a flight of Five beers talking to you about all things Beer, Brewing, and ODD Muse all while enjoying a special menu curated by Greyson Lane, our Chef and General Manager at ODD Muse Craft and Kitchen.
For this pairing we decided it would fun to deviate from our normal menu and bring you a sampling of some of our favorite Mexican Street foods.

Food Menu:
First Course: Albondigas Rellenas Paired with your choice of 500 Pesos, 500 Pesos Michelada or a 500 Pesos ODDlada (Full Pour)
American Wagyu Meatballs stuffed with Quail egg and gently simmered in a light tomato broth with potatoes. Served over rice.
Second Course: Discada Taco Paired with ‘Samo’ Double Hazy IPA
A traditional northern Mexico-style taco featuring Bacon, Chorizo, Chicken, Beef, and Sausage with roasted poblanos, onions, & tomatoes. Served on a corn tortilla with Oaxaca cheese.
Third Course: Aguachiles Tostada Paired with ‘Strawberry Hustle’ Strawberry Lager
Fresh Shrimp marinated in a spicy “chile water” of lime juice, garlic, cilantro, serrano & jalapeno peppers. Served on a Blue corn tostada with shaved red onion, cucumber and cilantro.
Fourth Course: Smoked Barbacoa Beef Cheek taco Paired with ‘Transendental’ West Coast IPA
Pecan smoked Beef Cheek, slow braised in La Lucha Mexican Dark Lager until fork tender. Served on a half & half tortilla with diced onion and cilantro. Accompanied by Salsa molcajate.
Final Course: Torta De Elote paired with ‘Papi Churro’ churro inspired imperial stout
Mexican sweet corn cake served with house made whipped cream and rich dulce de leche.
