Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Cleaning of all brewhouse/cellar vessels
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the brewery
• Packaging (keg filling, canning, bottling, labeling)
• Keg washing
• Beer transfers
• Event attendance as needed (e.g. festivals, collaborations)
• Work well in a team environment
• Work well independently without supervision
• Confidently manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining flexible, positive and detail oriented
• Assist with brewing operations as needed
• Assist with taproom maintenance as needed

Required Experience / Physical Demands

• 1–2 years of professional brewing experience
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of the brewing process
• Strong attention to detail, sanitation and cleanliness
• Formal brewing education a plus
• Willing to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends as required
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs above your head
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Job requires you to kneel, climb and crouch
